By accessing or using the Wasting Time Studio website (wtstudio.dev, the "Website") and our mobile applications (the "Apps") available on the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Use of Our Services

Wasting Time Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Apps or Website.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to all software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and video clips) are and will remain the exclusive property of Wasting Time Studio and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both [Your Country] and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wasting Time Studio.

WASTING TIME STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVER(S) THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WASTING TIME STUDIO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wasting Time Studio and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
